More like cake and not like a quick bread. Over done on sides and not quite finished in the middle.
I'm not a novice baker, and once in a while a product will turn out like this.
Would love some help knowing what I need to change. The eggs were very large.
I'm not even crazy about the taste, and the bread is not in the least moist.
