Description

- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 2 zucchini (medium)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 230 degrees Celsius or 450 Fahrenheit.
- Mix the oil, cheese, breadcrumbs, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the zucchini into 1/2-centimeter rounds. Cover both sides of the rounds with the cheese mixture.
- Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Made exactly to the recipe. They taste delicious, but they lose their crunch withing the hour! So disappointed.
