Tasty side dish and easy to make. Used bell peppers instead of tomatoes, and crushed walnuts instead of pine nuts. Definitely needs seasoning, I recommend Italian and pepper.

Delicious and refreshing! Used vegetable broth and a little salt and red pepper, yum!

Amazinggg. Very easy and delicious recipe! Will definitely make this again. Added a little salt and pepper and it was perfect.
