Easy to make. My family enjoyed it!

Slightly dense, on the dry side. I did half cup white and half cup brown sugars because that's all I remember of my mothers recipe. Think I'll use two cups zucchini next time. Flavor is on point however, so can't complain there. Also splashed a bit of vanilla in the batter.
