Made this a lot last year when fresh zucchini was in your garden and was very delicious. Unfortunately this year my husband has to watch this sugar content so substituted 1 cup granulated sugar with 1 cup Splenda and for the 1/4 cup brown sugar I substituted 2 tablespoons of Brown Splenda. This was just as yummy and we were both pleased with a smile on our face.

Saying I can't cook is an understatement but this recipe was easy to follow and it tastes so good. I was filled with fear by the term "fold" but hey, I figured it out. I'll definitely be making this often.
