My Palestinian husband was skeptical but once he took a bite he finished them off. I roasted carrots, green beans, and potatoes and I will be making this again!

Only made with green beans because I didn’t have carrots, but turned out so good!!! I would have eaten the green beans with the spice mix raw. Smelled so yum and everyone liked it.

This was easy and delicious. Next time, I'll probably cook the veggies and toss in the za'atar afterwards.
