  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 onion (medium, diced)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 16 ounces white beans (drained)
  • 14 ounces corn (drained)
  • 14 1/2 ounces chicken broth
  • 4 ounces diced green chiles

    Directions

    1. In large saucepan, brown pork with onion, stir in cumin and chili powder; stir. Stir in remaining ingredients; bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes, until heated through and flavors are blended.

    It was good. It was just enough for two people plus dessert. If you want leftovers, make double. Add extra seasoning for more flavor.

    I made this with shredded chicken because I didn't have ground pork on hand and white chili made me think of chicken more than pork - it was really good! Super quick and easy to make, but with a surprising amount of flavor given the short ingredient list. I used dried chopped onions too, because I'm not a big onion fan and I'm too lazy to chop them :) This will be a keeper for my family.

    Have made this twice with some variations. I found it to be too watery and tasteless. Will be looking for something else.

    Pretty Good! Not really a chili though it wasn’t thick enough for that but its a pretty tasty chunky soup. I also subbed the pork for ground chicken.

    I loved this recipe! So easy for a week night meal and wicked yummy! I did have to add corn starch to thicken it a little bit but definitely will make it again!

    I doubled the amount of spices and next time I'll add salt and pepper but my family enjoyed it.

    I don't know what this was but definitely not a soup (too much meat) and definitely not a chilli (too watery). Was okay-ish once I added chipotle chilli and other varients but wont be making again.

    Turned out great..making it again right now...adding corn starch to thicken this time around and added garlic....smells delish and comes together so quickly!

    Turned out great but as said in other review this is a thin chili not a thick one. Added extra cumin and chili powder. Also put in freeze dried garlic and smoked paprika. Had to put a couple tbsp's of flour to thicken . Paired it with Dave's Famous cornbread. Added a homemade honey butter to the cornbread. Everything was DELICIOUS!!

    It was a little under seasoned. I used ground turkey to substitue so that may be why. It had good flavor. I prefer a little bit thicker chili though, this was mostly liquid. I added more chili powder/cumin/a little garlic/ and a bay leaf. Two teaspoons of flour also helped to thicken it up a bit. Topped with avocado and monteray jack. Was decent, but probably won't make again. It wasn't toddler approved before my added ingredients or even after 🤷‍♀️

    oh my God made this chili a couple of weeks ago My family loved it! It was awesome with the ingredients provided next time will be even better with my chili fixings it left so fast I would definitely make more next time ❤️☺️

    It was pretty good. I will add a bit more seasoning next time, bit it was hood. had it with a dallop of sour cream and a tablespoon of shredded cheese. Served it with Tortilla chips. Yum!!

    Was iffy about this at first. The pork portion seemed odd even though I understood it was meant to be a "light looking" (winter white) chili. But I really enjoyed it - let it sit for a while to get some flavor. Had a picky friend over and he liked it too.

    Was pretty good! I added a can of tomatoes with the peppers in it, & maybe next time I’ll cube up some pepper jack & melt it into it!

    My family loved it, even my picky 15 yo. I forgot to buy the green chillies, but had a can of Rotel in the pantry so I used that. I also added a little extra chilli powder and some salt/pepper. I will definitely make this again.

    As it's written, the "chili" was very bland, but I live in Texas, so it needs a little something to put some zip in it. I added a couple of tsps of salt and a little pepper. Really brought out the flacor. Next time I make it, I'll toss in a couple of minced garlic cloves along with the s&p. I really like the ground pork.
