Great tasting recipe, simple and easy. I doubled the ingredients with the addition of Bella mushrooms and 4lbs of pork riblets. The cook time was only 5 hours set on low for my crock pot and the meat was fall off the bone tender. It may depend on your crock pot for the 7-9 hour recommended cook time.

It was delicious!! My friend cooks ribs in her slow cooker on a bi-weekly basis so I found this recipe and decided to try it!
