It was pretty good. I used canned Alfredo instead of making the recipe to speed it up. I might use 1-2 more mushrooms and a little less chicken but would definitely make it again

Great and tasty. I used my InstaPot instead of baking this in the oven, and substituted chicken breasts for chicken thighs. It cut down on cooking time, and the chicken breasts were moist and the sauce flavorful.

This turned out VERY well, i just bought alfredo sauce (no need to be vegan) and it tasted absolutely amazing! will be keeping this as a nice warm up meal!
