- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 4 oz. cholesterol free egg substitute
- 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp. promise buttery spread
- 8 slices bread (whole grain cinnamon, or whole grain wheat bread)

Directions
- Beat milk, egg substitute, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in medium bowl with wire whisk; set aside.
- Melt 1 tablespoon Promise® Buttery Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Meanwhile, dip 2 slices bread into milk mixture. Add to skillet and cook, turning once, 5 minutes or until golden brown. Repeat with remaining Spread and bread. Serve, if desired, with fresh berries and dusted with confectioners sugar.
