This has been in rotation for us for over a year. No substitutions or modifications. Very delicious. Kids and adults alike really love it!

Easy & did the trick!

Great base seasoning for a roasted chicken. I added 2 tbs of melted butter, finely minced garlic, and my own sazón seasoning to this recipe. It made a great roasted chicken recipe!

Turned out great I roasted it breast side down and it was so juicy and tender!

Excellent and easy to prepare.

Wonderful. Placed the bird in a cast iron pan and set it in a Breville smart oven. Pulled at 170° to let it rest for 10 minutes. It’s now in rotation

Excellent recipe! only thing I did a little different is stuff the cavity with fresh lemon, garlic clove, half small onion and celery. Turned out delicious and moist!

Not bad. Added some additional seasonings, Tony Cachere’s, poultry seasoning, salt, and then topped it with butter and a foil tent for the first hour. This was a free range chicken, so baked a bit faster, but came out delish!

Good; so easy when you have a whole chicken but don’t want to spend the time cutting it up and finding a recipe — and you have the bones to save to make a broth....

it was great. made it just as the recipe said. I'll definitely make it again

I love this for any chicken I am making, so much so I made a huge batch and put in a spice shaker so its on hand at all times!

I made this chicken recipe for my family last night and it was so delicious! the only things i did differently which i highly suggest is to put the chicken breast down face down instead and pour chicken broth in the bottom of the pan for the chicken to cook in. (do not pour on chicken) Will definitely be making again!

Really good combination of flavors. Like others, I preheated the oven to 450 then reduced the temp to 350. Came out juicy and tender. Will definitely make again.

Easy to put together and turned out well. I used the drippings to make a gravy for the double win!

It was great! I used melted butter instead of olive oil.

Amazing! My family loved it

Great! Added butter underneath skin.

Decided to go for a more crispier skin so started the first 10 minutes at 450 than lowered to 350. Basted every 30 minutes and it turned out great, very moist, very flavorful. Doing this you may want to consider creating a tin foil dome over the chicken so it doesnt get too crunchy (thats all dependent on how you like it of course)

was nice. think we used too much spice
