Great base recipe. Very moist and flavorful.
I’m a terrible baker because I can’t follow a recipe to save my life. This is how I modified:
*3 bananas
*Added 1/3 cup of equal parts flax/quinoa seed, hemp seed, and oat bran.
*Used Truvia white sugar mix and added about 1 Tbsp of molasses
*Added 1 cup of walnuts that I crushed moderately- still chunky
*Used hand blender to mix wet ingredients before adding to dry
*Added 1 tsp of baking soda because it seemed like the right thing to do 😁
*made one full sized loaf

Made these into 12 muffins for only 2 purple points each! I did substitute regular brown sugar with Truvia brown sugar blend. Yummy! 😋
