- 1 onion (medium, coarsely chopped)
- 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
- 1/4 cup dry red wine (or water)
- 1 pkg. knorr pasta sides - stroganoff

Directions
- Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until tender. Stir in garlic and cook 1 minute. Add beef and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Stir in wine and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until wine is almost evaporated. Toss with hot Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Stroganoff. Sprinkle, if desired, with chopped fresh parsley.
