- 1 sliced green onions
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 40 sprays salad (wish-bone, spritzers balsamic breeze vinaigrette dressing)

Directions
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in green onions and keep warm.
- On serving plates, arrange greens, then top with mushrooms and sprinkle with pepper. Just before serving spritz with Dressing.

it was pretty good. the recipe does not specify what kind of salad dressing to use. i came up with the following dressing and everybody liked it. For 4 portions: 3 tbsp of great quality balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp umeboshi vinegar (Japanese plum vinegar) and 6 tbsp of high quality olive oil.
