- salt
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Directions
- Heat up a waffle iron and lightly coat with oil.
- Place the shredded potato on the waffle iron.
- Sprinkle salt to the shredded potato and close the iron.
- Once vapor stops coming out of the iron and the potato looks dry and crunchy, the hash brown waffle is cooked. Serve with ketchup, salsa, or butter.
