- 1 Tbsp. oil (Lightly Falvoured, such as canola or peanut oil)
- 3/4 lb. chow mein noodles (make sure they are egg free)

This is a solid base recipe to “riff” off of. I definitely recommend removing the mushrooms, etc from the pan and just adding the sauce. Allow it to start to simmer and thicken, and then add the noodles.
