Easy to make and flavorful…if you want more of a sturdy filling, add more ingredients such more beans or walnut meat.

Bomb.com thank you for the recipe, was able to sneak in some, blueberry cornbread. Made the stuffed peppers with quinoa, which made room for the bread!!!!
