- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 red bell pepper (small, or green bell pepper, thinly sliced)
- 1 onions (small, thinly sliced)
- 1 zucchini (small, thinly sliced)
- 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 loaf Italian bread (or French bread, about 18-in.long, halved lengthwise and hollowed)
- 1 jar Ragu® Pizza Quick Sauce (14 oz.)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°. Brown ground beef with garlic powder in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in red pepper, onion and zucchini and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese.
- Arrange bread halves on ungreased baking sheet. Evenly top with Sauce, then beef mixture and mozzarella cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
