At first taste I wasn’t sure about the texture, but these are so flavorful. Definitely recommend you try it.

I liked this, Mine turned out a little to moist so they fell apart. They turned into meat crumbles ;)

These were just ok. Kind of bland and needed more flavor. Was able to eat them just fine, zucchini gave a little to much liquid when we grated it, so added extra oats and a bit of flour. That may have decreased the flavoring. One should strain the liquid out first. Overall the meatball were round-ish. Sticky making them, but didn’t come out flat

These were very tasty!! I am just trying out some vegan recipes and I very much enjoyed this dish and will definitely make it again I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because as other people have mentioned I think I would like them better if they were a bit more crispy.

I thought the flavor was fine, but I did find them to be pretty dry. They definitely needed the sauce.

Great and so easy to make! My boyfriend’s daughter is vegetarian and she really liked them (and she’s a picky kid). I made them vegetarian instead of vegan by using Parmesan cheese instead of nutritional yeast, so sorry if that’s blasphemous, but that’s what I had at home. My boyfriend and I liked them a lot too and I might make them a staple dinner item! Thanks!

these were so delicious! I forgot to add the salt so I’m sure they could’ve tasted better, but they were such a delicious texture, all of the non-vegans in my house kept stealing them!

I'm vegan and honestly hated these . I saw another review mentioning that their meatballs flattened and it made them crispy and better texturally. I'd perhaps try that and drop the garlic down big time or use garlic powder. The 3 cloves of raw garlic sent this recipe way over the edge. Major disappointment 😞

Came out great! Kept their shape and were soft. Do not over cook. Pair it with sauce.

Flavor is really good, but they did not hold their shape once in the oven. Came out like thick cookies instead of meat balls. I added an extra clove of garlic too.
