We weren't camping, but I made these for lunch and they are DELICIOUS! I made my own taco seasoning, so next time I will add a little more than what it calls for. The 'meat' was still a little bland but once you mixed it with the toppings, it tasted like the real deal! Also, I think I'll add a little more water next time...the 'meat' was a little dry, but not overly dry. I'll make these again next week! The TVP was easy to find at Fresh Tyme btw. I hear it also at whole foods.
