Very good! i cooked the original recipe but added king oyster, portabella and baby bella mushrooms. i also used hemp milk along with a can of coconut milk to extend the sauce since i cooked an entire box of penne pasta. After my meal was completed and my family had eaten, I decided to make myself a treat. i added shrimp to my personal portion. It was a little spicy for my taste but it was still good. My spicy food loving family loved it. I will definitely put this meal in my dinner rotation. 😋

This is my second time making your recipe and it was just as delicious when I made it the first time. I didn’t have any scallions so had to leave that out. I modified the recipe by adding Field Roast vegan sausage.
