I enjoyed this recipe however as others have said it needs a little more seasoning. I might try little more salt and pepper to the chick peas and maybe a little cayenne. All in all I really enjoyed the wrap and will be making again

These ingredients are what I use in Greek salad, so I would add feta cheese and marinate all ingredients in a Greek or balsamic vinaigrette dressing before wrapping. As readers added, hummus or black beans would work well.

I love the idea of this but unfortunately following the recipe exactly it is not seasoned well and tasted bland to me. Next time I'll make sure the chickpeas are actually seasoned, or add more seasoning i.e. salt/pepper to the sauce. I think I'll probably add some type protein as well as there's not much protein to get me solid for a meal.

Let me say this: the sauce was fantastic and this is a great base recipe you can do a lot with... however, it just needed something else. I like the idea and the general flavors but next time I will definitely use hummus instead of just mushy chickpeas and add a little something to the mixed veggies. Also they were out of store brand chickpeas at the store and I had to buy the Goya brand... something about them was just so off and different than most chickpeas. The shells were still in the can and they seemed overcooked 🤢 do not recommend. This is the only brand of chickpeas I’ve had this issue with...

Likes the sauce in particular! Crisped up the wrap a bit too!

Very good, even my wife who believes a potato chip is a vegetable enjoyed them and said she would eat them again. Was fairly simple to put together and quick and easy to create.

Tasty...can’t wait to eat them as leftovers.

Amazing! So fresh and healthy. I used pita and added extra dill. I also had to substitute a yellow onion for red, but turned out delicious. The other variation was adding chopped zucchini.

I didn’t have chickpeas so I used black beans and it was so delicious I wish I had doubled the recipe! So healthy! I may try whole wheat tortillas next time.

I ended up using pitas instead of wrap/tortilla. This turned out amazing! One of my new favorite summer sandwiches. An added bonus, it is husband approved.

used normal yogurt and added hummus and avocado to the mix, delicious, quick and fun ;)

Super tasty! Wev used normal Greek yogurt instead of vegan cause we couldn't find the vegan stuff at the grocery store. Still delicious though!
