turned out well! someone noted the exact cook times are off, you just need to use your noggin. bake timing was perfect. followed recipe and did not find it bland, and i like a lot of flavor. will def make again!

I made this recipe before. It is really good I think next time I’m gonna watch how much breadcrumbs I guess I don’t think I need as much bread crumbs in it. I’m also thinking about use my imagination and turning this into a black bean burger it made the same recipe but use black beans leave the carrot and celery out in the sweet potatoes and then turn it into patties and fry in a pan

That loaf is so perfect. Tasty and firm, like I used to love them !

The end result was good but this recipe is trash. Prep time of 10 minutes? More like 30. And I could not believe there was no added spices - I looked at other recipes and added basil, oregano, black pepper. The veggies needed cooked waaay longer than 5 minutes (I did the onion for 7 minutes; added celery and carrots and cooked for an additional 5 minutes; then added the garlic and good for another 2 - 3 minutes) and even after baking in the oven, I thought the veggies were too crisp. I also had a difficult time mashing the chickpeas per the recipe. Next time, I would just pull out my food processor and process the chickpeas first for a couple pulses, add in the veggies and pulse a few times, then add to a bowl and mix in the other ingredients. I also didn't like the ketchup glaze - next time I'm going to add in some balsamic vinegar like other recipes have.

It turned out quite good, but a little bit dry. I will add more moisture next time.

Mine came out a bit crumby but tasty nonetheless. It'd give it a try again with some minor adjustments.

I was not sure I'd like this... but it was divine.
