It turned out absolutely delicious! My son made it for his cooking class in lieu of regular cheesecake that was assigned. Since we don't eat dairy, eggs, or wheat, this was a perfect solution!

This cheesecake was a fan favorite. By the end of the night people were chanting cheesecake in joy. I used regular vanilla, and it came out great.

Awesome perfect even a professional baker complimented it I didn't have enough pecans so threw in some almond meal perfect

These are really really good. I was concerned at first because the crust seemed so oily ( I made muffin size portions and put them in muffin papers and the crust seeped), but it wasn't so bad after freezing them. I also used fresh squeezed lemons and added lemon zest because I prefer tart things and it was great. I have a high speed blender so you couldn't even taste a texture difference between this and real cheesecake. Will definitely make more.

These were amazing. Such a big hit with everyone!! I didn’t have enough lemon juice so I used fresh lime juice instead and they were awesome!!

Really impressed how this turned out. It’s not cheesecake, but for us folks who can’t have dairy, gluten or high sugar this is amazing

The taser was great, the texture threw me off. If your looking for a cheesecake this isn’t what you want but if your looking for a healthy “nut cake” snake this is it.
