Nice...I would make the meatballs a bit bigger...and watch cook time a bit more closely...the results, MY results were a bit too dry but the basics were nice - form, taste & mouth-feel. I used w shirataki spaghetti... plopped into a tomato passata (we live in Italy) w a bit more punch using t. paste, herbs...just enough.
Definitely on Cook AgIn list.
Round #2 ... 9 balls rather than 12... just right. Grrrreat
