Tasty, easy side dish. I used cumin instead of caraway and added extra onion and lots of black pepper.

bland and boring. Added veggies bites to put some flavor to the meal.

This is good, very simple and easy and tasty. The combination works. The sauerkraut may add a nice acid bite didn’t have any this time but will try it next time
