The flavor is amazing, but I would personally like a titch more banana - so next time I'm trying it with 2 cups of mashed banana instead. My bread turned out a little too dry/tough on the outside, so next time I will bake for only 50-55 minutes. Otherwise, this is an absolutely delicious recipe 😍
