Ingredients

- bananas (very ripe - 3)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch salt
- wheat flour (Atta - 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Directions
- Take a bowl and add bananas, brown sugar and mix it with potato masher and mash it till sugar melts
- Now add 1 cup olive oil, vanilla essence and mix it.
- . In another bowl take wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon powder, salt and sieve it into the banana mixture and let it rest for 15 minutes
