I used leftover hamburger and ground turkey and white rice with quinoa. Turned out amazing, I will definitely make t his again.

Lots of fresh vegetables and herbs make this dish a delicious and healthy option. Be careful not to go overboard on the spices, though - otherwise it can get quite hot!
