- 1 tomato
- 6 strawberries
- parsley (to taste)
- 2 chive flowers
- salt (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. chia seeds

Directions
- Julienne cut the raw turnip. Arrange on a board or plate.
- Cut the tomatoes into very small cubes, and sprinkle on top of turnip.
- Slice the strawberries, add to salad.
- Add fresh parsley and chive flowers.
- Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, a little salt, and 1 teaspoon of chia seeds.
