- 4 Granny Smith apples
- 8 oz. brie cheese (sliced into thin strips, I like to remove the rind that is on the top and bottom of the cheese, just so you aren't getting too much of it. This way the rind will only be around the edge)
- 1/2 lb. turkey breast (thick cut, fresh from the deli counter)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
