Description
This is a slight variation of one of my Mom's recipes with a little taste of home from Oliverio's. Everything you need as a comfort food on one plate. This is always a family favorite and larger batches make for some great leftovers and party dishes!
Ingredients
US|METRIC
4 SERVINGS
- 20 oz. ground turkey
- 2 tsp. garlic (Ground)
- 2 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 box pasta (your choice, I prefer San Giorgio Trio Italiano)
- 11.5 oz. V8 Juice
- 16 oz. peppers (Oliverio Italian Style, in sauce, I prefer Medium, but hot and sweet are available)
- 1 oz. italian blend cheese

Directions
- Place olive oil, garlic and Italian seasoning in a 10 in saucepan
- Once heated, place ground turkey in pan and brown over medium heat until just done
- Drain off excess fat
