Description
This wrap version of a turkey BLT sandwich has a secret to prevent the sogginess that plagues other wraps: A thin layer of taco-seasoned cream cheese spread on the tortilla keeps the wrap from soaking up moisture from the turkey, lettuce, and tomato. The wraps will last, tightly wrapped in plastic, in the refrigerator for 24 hours, so they’re great for school or office lunches. The recipe is a Yummly original created by Ivy Manning.

Directions
- Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel. Put bacon on the paper towel in an even layer. Cover with a second paper towel and microwave on high heat, stopping once to flip bacon slices, until crisp, about 4 minutes. Alternatively, fry bacon in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat, turning once, until crisp, 5 minutes per side. Set bacon aside, then coarsely crumble once it’s cool.
- In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, green chiles, and taco seasoning, stirring with a spoon until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Set aside.
- Thinly slice tomato (or tomatoes) to make 12-16 slices. Pat lettuce and tomatoes dry with paper towels.
