Ideal mid week dinner, half a lemon, 2 tablespoons of mustard, more hot sauce to 3 tins of tuna.

Love this! since no parsley I‘ve used basil and since no chives I‘ve used red onion.

Just made them for lunch - so tasty! Served them with a dill and caper remoulade sort of thing (improvised) and we were all silent at the table inhaling them. I was impatient, so I didn’t chill them, but they held together fine for cooking. Tended to fall apart a bit when cutting off a bite, but who cares at that point. I used garlic and herb breadcrumbs instead of the torn white bread, because that’s what I had, and so didn’t add any additional salt and pepper. Otherwise followed the recipe exactly. So tasty!

Not to bad! definitely recommend chilling, some kind of fell apart I also used a slight bit too much lemon but as long as you follow the recipe it should come out perfectly will definitely be trying again, maybe adding some personal touches

These were great. I thought the patties were a little bit wet and soggy when I formed them, but once they were cooked they were lovely and moist and crispy on the outside. I doubled the batch to feed my family of five, but next time I need to triple it! I threw some green beans tossed in oil salt and pepper into the oven at the same time I started making the patties, and they both ended up done at the same time.

Instead of bread I used ritzs crackers. Didn’t have greens I would of definitely used them. Such a delicious recipe, happy with how it turned out. Will definitely make again

This is one of our favorites and it is best when you use fresh lemon, I also do onion powder instead of fresh for my picky eaters!

Kind of dry, reduce cook time to 2.5-3 min per side.

I tried this recipe on a whim, and it has now become my favorite quick lunch. I used chia gel instead of egg (didn't have any), but it was still amazing!
