This Tuna Gratin recipe only takes 30 minutes to make so it is perfect any night of the week. How can you deny yourself this rich and succulent dish with tuna and manchego cheese. You can substitute mild cheddar, Colby or mozzarella cheese. Or add some for more flavor.

- 4 cans tuna (in water)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbsp. chicken bouillon (powder)
- 1 cup white rice
- 450 mL crema (media, may substitute half and half)
- 300 grams manchego cheese (shredded, may substitute a mild cheddar, colby or mozzarella)

Directions
- Mix the tuna, onion, bouillon and milk in a bowl with a little salt.
- Prepare the rice, or buy precooked.
