Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 1 cup filtered water
- 2 cups pineapple (ripe; diced)
- 1 large mango (ripe; peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 medium banana (peeled)
- 1 whole lime (rind and white pith removed)
- 1 passion fruit (ripe, pulp only, 1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons)
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- ice cubes (to serve)

Directions
- Throw the water, pineapple, mango, banana, lime, passionfruit, and cayenne pepper (if using) into your KitchenAid® blender in the order listed. Secure the lid, and blend on high for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour over ice, and enjoy immediately, or chill in the fridge before serving.
- NOTE: You need ripe fruit for the best flavor. But, use a banana that is ripe but not overripe of it will dominate the profile.
