Good.. could use more salt pepper or additional seasoning

It is very tasty! Added garlic to the butter/pepper flakes sauce.

this was yummy, I actually altered it a bit, did garlic and pearl onions with the butter at the end and drizzled over top after the steak rested. also we had two steaks about 2 inches thick, total weight 1.3 lbs, in the oven for about 7 mins at 475, turned out perfect! served with sweet potato fries.

Delicious! A little rare in spots. I had a couple of decent sized steaks (I might butterfly next time). I would definitely make it again!

I grill my steaks, so in anticipation of the final step with the butter, I created a flavored butter instead. I mixed softened (not melted) butter, red pepper flakes and lime juice in a bowl. Then I molded it and placed it on some Press and Seal cling wrap. I placed it in the fridge for a few hours before grilling my steak. After they came off the grill, I sliced the flavored butter and laid them atop my steaks before serving. Delicious.
