Directions
- Saute the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and chile pepper in a skillet on medium heat with a tablespoon of oil. Cook for five minutes on high heat until browned.
- Place the onion, garlic, and salt in a mortar and pestle and begin grinding everything up.
- Add the tomatoes and grind into a sauce.
- Chill or heat for use on pasta.
