- 1 avocado (diced into 1/2 inch pieces)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh squeezed, I used my fresh-frozen lime juice)
- salt (to taste, I used Vege-Sal)
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes (cut in half, If you substitute larger diced tomatoes, I would drain them in a colander.)
- 1 cup chopped cilantro (coarsely, measure after chopping; use a little more green onion if you leave out the cilantro)
- 1/2 cup green onion (sliced, more or less to taste)
- 2 cans tuna (5 oz. can, I love Genova Tuna in Olive Oil, but use any tuna you like)
- fresh ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. lime juice (fresh squeezed, I like sour flavors, but you might want to use less lime juice if you’re not a huge fan of lime)
- 2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

I swapped out canned tuna for a frozen tuna steak that I cooked and also added some romaine for extra crunch. It was delicious!

Turned out great I didn’t have to cilantro but it was still good

Delicious. Perfect quick and healthy lunch. I didn't use cilantro and lime but it still turned out great. Used sundried tomatoes instead of normal tomatoes.
