- 6 slices bread (I used wholegrain)
- 300 grams cherry tomatoes
- 1 handful arugula
- 2 cloves garlic
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- cream (balsamic)

Directions
- Drizzle the slices of bread with olive oil. Toast on a grill or in the oven until golden.
- Rub the surface of the bread with the garlic cloves.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Mix with arugula and season with salt, pepper and olive oil. Gently mix to coat.
- Put the topping on the bread. I like to put the arugula on top for better presentation.
- Drizzle with balsamic cream and serve.
