- 400 mL coconut milk
- 200 grams firm tofu (cut into 1-inch cube pieces)
- 2 Tbsp. light soy sauce (or Thai fish sauce for a non-vegetarian version)
- 1 tsp. palm sugar
- 5 kaffir lime leaves (plus extra to garnish)
- steamed rice (to serve)
- 5 lime leaves (finely sliced)
- 2 chillies (red spur, finely sliced)
