Turned out perfect! Added some Orange zest and juice which made it even better !

Yummy! I found I only needed to bake 50 minutes and substituted coconut oil and 1 cup of spent flour

Great, as always! Works great as a recipe for muffins, too, with no changes.

👍🏻👍🏻 This is my favorite banana bread recipie because there is no need for egg replacement. It is so moist and delicious they are not missed. I did add walnuts just because that is tradition for me, not because the recipie is lacking!

This is delicious banana bread. I used soya milk and avocado oil with everything else as written. I also added raisins and walnuts to the batter. I set my oven at 350 F convection and used the full 45 minutes and 10 minutes covered with foil. The crust is crunchy which I like and the taste is perfect and not too sweet. I usually make them into muffins now and bake 30 minutes with tin foil for an additional 10 minutes.

Amazing, will be making it again very soon!
I adapted it a little because I don't like to use cane sugar; so, instead I used an extra banana (and they were all very ripe) and quarter of a cup of maple syrup. It was just right! I also threw in some walnuts as people had suggested.

Amazing recipe, texture was on point. Not to sweet, but still a delicious healthy dessert. Loved it and the kids loved it more!

Delicious - I have made this a couple of times now, I also add walnuts to recipe

Amazing..I used coconut sugar instead and added pecans and hemp hearts into the mix and threw on a few chocolate chunks on top as my daughter loves chocolate and since it was a pretty healthy loaf-this would be a great way for her to have some...sneaky sneaky. The texture is perfect and it cooked in approximately 50 minutes to perfection..definitely in my top 3 banana loaf recipes!

I loved this recipe! It turned out amazing! Perfect texture; moist, yet doesn’t fall apart. Very easy to make as well.

This bread turned out really well. I omitted oil and included Apple sauce instead. My only issue was that it seemed like it didn’t cook on the bottom. Was a dense bread (maybe intended that way), but the loaf was almost gone in one day so that shows it was still very good. Lack of oil may have contributed to it. Not sure. Either way I would make again.

This recipe was perfect. The banana bread was moist and not too sweet. Made a good pearling with peach jam. I added crushed pecans because I like a little crunch!

Denser than I’d like and not super sweet. I baked it in muffins with chocolate chips.

I made this w/ pretty intense almond milk (since I didn't have the unsweetened almond milk) but it turned out delicious! I also added some almonds on the top along with the sliced bananas and they were amazing. Next time, I'll try putting almonds in the bread itself.
