I also do a cheese ball with 1-16oz cream cheese, 1 small bag mix shredded cheese (about 2 cups) add dried fruit (dates, crasians, dried cherries about 1/2 cup to 3/4 cups-mix well wrap in saran wrap and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hrs, remove saran wrap and roll the cheese ball into your favorite nuts that you have crushed Great on crackers.

I have made this several times. It's addictive! I added a small splash of winchester sauce. *(wooshishter sauce) I have no idea how to spell it, I can't even pronounce it! I also put in lots of dill weed. It's awesome....
