Excellent recipe! Bread flour makes a difference, I also proofed the dough one last time for 15ish min after poking with my fingers. Go ahead and make 2 loaves, there won’t be any leftovers after dinner.

Seems wet dough 2 cups water to 2 cups flour I had to pour it in thr baking pan

I liked the flavour of it and the texture was good! I added some garlic which I thought was a nice addition. Next time I would try to integrate the herbs throughout the bread, as opposed to just on top.

This was not only my second recipe to try, it is also my last! Very easy to make and tastes amazing I added 2 tbsp olive oil and an extra 1/4 cup flour

Yes, this one's a winner. Made the dough early in the morning, it rose beautifully and turned into a perfect and fluffy focaccia to go with our melanzane pomodoro dinner.

Turned out great the second time when I followed the second ingredient list. Only use 1 cup of water!!!

It’s in the oven. This is the second time I made this and it was so great the first time. That said, the first page lists 2 cups warm water but the directions says 1 cup. Use 1 cup. Otherwise it’s a five star recipe.

It is delicious the instructions could have been a little better. I also needed a bigger pan. I made an olive oil dip with oil, garlic and herbs. Combined with the bread it’s mind blowing.

I didn’t read the recipe correctly the first time & didn’t realize the resting time was quite so long (I missed the second period of resting before baking), so I didn’t quite get the timing right to have this with our meal. However, the end result was worth the wait, this was very tasty bread. This was my first time making focaccia bread, and I’m looking forward to doing it again sometime.

OMG! The only downside is having to plan ahead and make the dough the night before you want to eat it! So easy and so delicious! Came out perfect!

Jummy, perfect texture & pretty easy to make as long as you're patient! Put it in a bigger, rectangular baking tin the 2nd time & it still turned out perfect! ❤️
