- 1/2 cup gluten-free flour
- 1/2 sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 dash ginger
- 2 Tbsp. miniature chocolate chips

Directions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a greased cookie sheet.
- 2. Mix together the greek yogurt, pumpkin puree and sugar until well combined.
- 3. Add in the egg and vanilla, mix until well combined.
