amazing recipe. im so glad I found it and tried it. .My comments are probably more based on personal preference.. But id recommend boiling the taters 20 to 25min. I set my timer at 24min in 2lbs of taters and fealt the 24min was a bit too much. The texture at 24 min was bordering mashed tater texture. I now set my timer for 20min and start testing... secondly, id recommend adding a tablespoon more of either mustard or vinegar. definately not an additional tablespoon of each. thankyou. posting this recipe.

I have searched and searched for a potato salad recipe that tastes like my grandmothers. THIS IS IT! Even my family said it tasted just like grandmas, maybe even better. I highly recommend.

I love potato salad. My family, not so much. However, even my youngest loves this recipe and wants it regularly. The rest of the family asks me to make this each time I grill, which is pretty often.

It tastes amazing and the crunch of the celery is perfect. It is a lot of boiling and chopping but so worth it. Also makes a ton of potato salad which is a plus.

Skipped the celery seed just bc I didn’t have any. Turned out super yummy, kept going back to the fridge to grab more after dinner. Will use this again.

Excellent! I never made potato salad before and it turned out great. It makes a lot so if you are going to a potluck or picnic this is the dish to bring.
