Delicious! I used mild enchilada sauce and it was still a bit spicy. However, the flavor was good everyone love them topped with sour cream.

It was pretty good. Next time, I think that I'll try to add some jalapeños or something to make it a tad hotter.

Easy to make but I’ll defiantly be going with a different enchilada sauce, Maybe try homemade next time. Meat was flavored good though.

Amazing. Quick prep and easy. I added a little Cajun seasoning for some kick. Paired with a little sour cream when served.

Tasted good fresh, not good enough to make again but good. Reheated turned it into a soggy mess though and make the enchilada sauce taste slimy to me. Worth trying for its ease and cheapness though

Great! Accidentally bought hot enchilada sauce 😂 but still delicious!

Delish! I changed a couple of things but either way omit should come out great! I didn’t want to use ground beef because it’s sometimes too fattening and due to cholesterol issues I decided to use ground Turkey instead. I also didn’t use the cheese specified on the recipe, I used a mix of Colby and Monterey Jack and I added a bit of water after the taco seasoning because I drained the meat. I would definitely be using this again!

So delicious! I added a half yellow pepper. didn’t have enchilada sauce so found a recipe for turning spaghetti sauce into enchilada sauce and it was amazing. Also broiled until cheese was crispy at the end.

They reminded me of the lunchroom enchiladas in school. We didn't hate them but I won't make them again. Enchiladas have always been one of my favorite foods and if these were my only experience to go by I would never pay for them at a restaurant.

Very good and easy to make. Not sure why it says there are 960 calories per serving, but very good!

it was ok; nothing over the top. definitely not the best, but ok if you're looking for a boomer inspired comfort food dish that isn't too spicy and is easy to make.

Fiancé LOVED it, said it was one of his favorites. I thought it was pretty good, a little bland but he doesn’t like vegetables or anything good 😂😭 I think it’d be good with green peppers etc in it!

This was easy and really tasty. I would increase enchilada sauce by 50% and I used a lot of cheddar on top before baking.
