Fantastic! When I combined the wet and dry ingredients it seemed too thick/dry, so I was concerned it was going to turn out like one of those rock hard/dense GF recipes gone wrong... I didn’t add liquid or change a thing and it turned out GREAT! (Recipe’s a keeper!) Here’s a little trick/secret I used if you don’t have ripe bananas: Put bananas on tin foil lined baking sheet in the oven at 300 for 15-20 min, add time in 5 min increments until they’re as done as you can cook them without burning! There you go!

i only had one egg, i added 1 tsp xanthum gum and just enough milk yo get right consistency. i also added 1/2 cup walnuts

This recipe is amazing! It’s very moist and SUPER fast to make! Definitely recommend this. It bakes for 52 min so it takes awhile but it’s worth it!
