I would of rated this recipe a 5star rating and truthfully if you like something Moroccan in flavor this is truly an amazing recipe.
The only reason I rated it a four, it was seasoning intensive. As a guy I've been cooking for ever and I just happen to have all the seasonings in my cabinet.
So if you don't have the seasonings on the unset this could be initially expensive, and it's a bit labor-intensive too. Other than that, the author of this recipe really did A good job.
