This is a very good recipe. I added some apple cider vinegar for some tangy zip. I would reduce the onion a bit if you have kids. The pickle faded into the background, so it blended well. cooking the potatoes is key to good potato salad, make sure they are right. also i added the vinegar and pickle juice to the potatoes just as they came off the heat. they soaked up the flavor.
